  2. Your recipes are wonderful! You have gift in the kitchen. I first heard of your vegan Korean beef from our local Erin Ireland. - The family all are amazed with how good it is.. Just tried the cashew chicken and it’s a hit. Thank you for the recipes.

  3. I live in Australia and assume your oven temperature are Fahrenheit, is that correct? As we use Centigrade, I will need to convert them and I need to be sure before doing so. Most recipes state which of the two it is so perhaps you could consider that in future. Cheers Alison
