If you love a thick and flavourful salad dressing or dip with a spicy kick, this Jalapeno Ranch Dressing is just the thing you need! Not only is this dressing easy to make, it's delicious, and makes good use of ingredients you already have in your fridge and in your spice rack and too!

Ingredients

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup fresh jalapenos, roughly chopped
1-2 teaspoons hot sauce, optional
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
3 teaspoons dried chives
2 teaspoons dried dill
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

Measure all of the ingredients into a deep mason jar (if using a hand-held immersion blender) or into the bowl of a blender/food processor.
Pulse until the ingredients are blended and combined.
Transfer to a food-safe container and refrigerate for a minimum of one hour before using.

Notes

You can remove the jalapeno seeds for a less spicy version.
