Extra firm tofu is marinated with red onion in a mixture of olive oil and the best quick and easy homemade Greek seasoning. Grilled until slightly charred and topped with tzatziki and crumbled feta, these skewers are a great grilled meat alternative!
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil and the Greek Seasoning Blend until well combined. Place the prepared red onion and tofu into the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate for one hour.
Skewer the red onion and tofu in an alternating fashion.
Preheat your grill to 400 degrees.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until a slight char forms on the tofu.
After each turn, baste with the remaining marinade.
Remove from the grill and place on a large cutting board or serving platter.
Spoon or drizzle over about a quarter of the tzatziki onto the skewers, and sprinkle over the crumbed feta. Serve immediately.
