Ingredients

16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup fresh cranberries, washed, patted dry, and finely chopped in a food processor
1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1 tablespoon orange zest

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, use a mixer to beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the confectioner's sugar and orange zest. Beat gently incorporate into the cream cheese.
Use a spatula to stir in the cranberries.
Transfer to a food safe container, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
