Ribs in 30 Minutes? It's certainly possible with the help of an instant pot! Seasoned ribs are pressure cooked first, and then the sauce is applied before being broiled to perfection. 30 Minute Instant Pot Ribs are fall of the bone tender and moist, and you don't have to wait very long to dig in!
Start by removing the membrane on the back of the ribs. Next, cut between each bone so that you have separated all of the ribs. Pat them all dry with paper towels and set them in a large bowl.
Sprinkle over the spice rub and massage each individual rib so that every one is well seasoned with the spice rub.
Next, ensure your trivet or steam rack is in your instant pot. Pour in the stock and vinegar.
Lay the ribs onto the steam rack in a random fashion.
Close and seal the instant pot. Pressure cook on high for 23 minutes.
Once done, allow the steam to release naturally for five minutes. Then, carefully open the valve to remaining pressure out.
Line a baking sheet with foil.
Place the cooked ribs onto the sheet in a single layer. Brush each of the ribs with sauce. Broil for 3-5 minutes.
Remove from oven, turn the ribs over, apply more sauce, and broil once more for another 3-5 minutes. Plate, garnish and serve!
