Baked Carrot Fries with Thyme

- 3 large carrots, peeled, and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Add the thinly sliced carrots to a large bowl. Toss with all of the other ingredients.
Spread carrots evenly on a large baking sheet; be careful not to overlap.
Bake for 30 minutes; toss at the 20 minute mark.
Remove from baking sheet to a paper towel lined plate to get rid of the excess oil.
