Teriyaki Steak Skewers

Tender, thinly sliced sirloin tip steak, grilled to perfection with a sweet glaze. Teriyaki Steak Skewers are a great indoor or outdoor grilling option!
- 2 pounds sirloin tip steak, sliced 1/4 inch thick across the grain
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Skewer the beef onto a skewer.
Pour the sauce into a shallow bowl or pan and marinate the steak skewers for 30 minutes. Save the leftover sauce!
Preheat the grill to a medium heat; grill each skewer for 2 minutes per side.
In the meantime, transfer the marinade to a sauce pan and bring to a low simmer. Use the marinade as a dipping sauce with the grilled steak.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
