  • 4 pound sirloin beef tip roast
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 packet Club House gravy mix, 25 grams
  • 1 packet Club House pasta salad mix, 28 grams


  • Whisk together the contents of both packets and the water. Add to slow cooker.
  • Add the beef roast.
  • Cook on a low setting for 7 hours.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes and use the sauce as the gravy.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley; optional.
