Slow cooker-based meals are meant to be easy and affordable. Three Ingredient Slow Cooker Pot Roast can’t be beaten in terms of price and ease. So delicious and tender, a great way to use cheaper cuts of beef.


  • 4 pound sirloin beef tip roast
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 packet Club House gravy mix, 25 grams
  • 1 packet Club House pasta salad mix, 28 grams


  1. Whisk together the contents of both packets and the water. Add to slow cooker.
  2. Add the beef roast.
  3. Cook on a low setting for 7 hours.
  4. Serve with mashed potatoes and use the sauce as the gravy.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley; optional.
